    So Excited, and then Surprised So excited and then so sad. Frame is beautiful, (that's the 4 stars) and is what I wanted for a beach scene, but the listed color of "off-white" and the picture shown do not reflect the true color. (That's the one star.) Think CREME--it's very yellow. It doesn't go with the white foam of the beach. I now have to decide to return it or paint over it. And my finish will not be as nice as theirs. It also makes me wary of any other 'off-white' frames. 4Love, love love!!!! This is the perfect frame I was looking for, I could not find red frames in any store unless I had them personally framed which would have cost me over $100.00. I was not going to spend that much money on prints that only cost $35.00. I saw these and fell in love, they were exactly what I was looking for. It has that rustic distressed look with a little blue, but very suttle. These frames made my prints look awesome, I feel in love with them all over again. I like that it has plastic instead of a glass which makes it light, you can not even tell, it's plastic. The frame itself is light as well, love the thickness of the frame. I could not be happier with these and the price was great! I bought 2 and I will definately buy from this vendor again, oh and my frames came in perfect condition, no issues what's so ever. 5Great frame for the price, but the frame I received had gaps in two corners I ordered the Light Walnut Brown frame and have had it for two months. If you read the description, once you receive the frame and inspect it, you realize that you get exactly what is described. I am knocking it down two stars because two of the corners had gaps when we received the frame, one which is very noticeable. The only reason I didn't return it for a refund is because my husband didn't think it was worth the hassle. Notice that it says "wood grain appearance and smooth wrap finish." That's exactly what you are getting. A piece of laminate that is printed with a wood grain appearance and is wrapped around a composite frame. If you close your eyes and run your hand along the frame, it feels like running your hand along a smooth piece of plastic (because that's what it is!) What's great about this frame is that it doesn't actually look like a cheap-o laminate frame. I have to actually get close up to realize that it's not actual wood with real distressing. Maybe it's because I don't regularly wear my glasses but I think it's because the company does a really good job with the print on the laminate. :)"Frame includes: clear acrylic facing, ...": There is NO GLASS. Just like the description says, it's clear acrylic facing. But again, the company does a good job in the materials it selects because I had to actually tap on it to check if it was glass. The facing on the frame I received is absolutely smooth and clear, just like glass.For the price, this is a great frame. The color and small grayish-blue specks are really pretty. Some people have complained that the plastic instead of glass in the frame make it seem cheap and I couldn't disagree more. The plastic is absolutely spotless. It is a thick piece of high grade, perfectly clear plastic that even comes with a protective film that needs to be peeled off before placing you picture underneath it. That film ensures that the plastic is crystal clear. I have bought so many picture frames over the years that had glass that I never could get completely clean. I've also broken picture frame glass while trying to thoroughly clean it before. I'd take this sturdy plastic any time. This frame is hanging in our family room with a large picture of my kids and we have recieved compliments from everyone whose visited over the past two months since we hung it. It really is a nice, well made frame and you can't beat the price. 5Not too shabby! I bought these to frame a few illustrated signed prints. I chose this color and finish specifically because I wanted the eye to defer to what was within. They certainly didn't disappoint! While the rustic finish stands out of its own, my eye tends to focus on the art within. It also fit in quite well with my decor, which is a refined rustic. Seeing that it was made of solid pine was also a nice surprise, for the price.My one bugaboo with these frames is the acrylic "glass." I'm used to using glass and would have preferred that to be used. But, it's a matter of taste. Glass sheets can easily be cut to size at your local hardware store, so I'll be doing that later.All in all, beautiful frames that are great value for money! I'll definitely consider them again for any future artwork I acquire! 4Perfect for your beach cottage theme! This frame is a lovely cream color with slate-blue flecks underneath. It is ideal for a shabby chic beach cottage decor theme. It is not heavy- I see this as a plus, it was very easy to hang. It's beautiful and much more unique than anything I have seen in the local frame stores. If you want a high-end frame that's super heavy with real glass, then this is probably not for you. But for the price it's a great decorating piece for a relatively low cost. I am so glad I ordered it! 5Great Frame, Great Price I'm not sure why some reviewers felt they didn't get what they thought they would. I included photos up above to show exactly the frame I got which is precisely what I expected. It was well packaged, arrived safe and sound, and shipping was very reasonably priced considering the size of the parcel.The frame itself is lovely. Its a french-vanilla white with some grey/blue/slate undertones where its been weathered. The frame is not huge or bulky - I like it that way. I don't have to worry about where to hang it. I'm very pleased. 5Good looking frame with quirks This frame surprised me, in interesting ways.The look of the frame is really good. Nice artificial wear gives it an old look, which was great for my walking dead print. The wood is about 3 inches wide, which adds to the old school style.The backing is held in by those annoying metal bendy tabs. Nothing special.But the backing itself is cardboard. Yes cardboard! I have never seen this, even in the cheapest frames I have bought.And the front is plastic. No glass, just plastic. I just hope it doesn't turn yellow over the years.This does ship with some nice mounting hardware...that you have to install yourself. You have to screw the hooks into the frame and string the wire yourself. Hope you can get it right!Overall, I'm still happy with this cheap frame, just surprised. 4Beauty that arrives safe Amazing frame that arrived in perfect condition due to their packaging standards. I was scared to order a frame online because they are not the most sturdy things. Not only did it arrive in tact, but the company placed plastic over the glass so it would get scratched, which s great because I would have scratched it when I opened it.The frame itself was so beautiful.
