Sturdy and worked exactly how I needed it to even ...Sturdy and worked exactly how I needed it to even though it was not specifically designed to do it. The bottom is a 34" 21:9 and the top is a 27" 21:165company made things right!Works fine. A bit wobbly though. My big concern though comes with the fact that the stand seems to tilt forward even after setting it straight. The clamp seems to slide and you can see in the pictures that the clamp screw is at a tilt as is the stand. I had both of them set dead straight up and down and eventually settled into the position it is in the pictures. I tried turning the clamp in various positions and still no help. The monitors are well below the weight limit for the stand by 5 lbs each. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this tilting issue I would love to hear it.the seller made things right. fixed stars!5They are as advertised I was worried about the load ...They are as advertisedI was worried about the load they put onto a glass top table... so I simply put a piece of wood painted silver under the table where the attachment point is, to spread the load out. With that I m confident will save5Forward/back and left/right motion is difficult, otherwise a great stand if you just the position and leave it.These are pretty good if you're just going to set them and leave them.I like to move my monitors around quite a bit, and with these arms it isn't very easy. Before adding monitors to them, they move very fluidly and easily. After adding weight though, it is VERY difficult to get the arms to pivot for repositioning. It takes quite a bit of force. So much force, that I rotate the stand a bit before the arms actually start pivot.Besides the bad forward/back and left/right motion, the up/down movement is very good, rotating the monitors in to portrait position is very fluid, and tilting forward/back is okay. Adjusting the tensioning screws has helped a bit, but I can't get everything as fluid as I'd like. For the average user, these are probably great. For me, they're less than ideal and I'll probably replace them eventually, but I'm confident enough with them that I'll keep them around for awhile.3These were a great deal! There were a couple of compromises I had to deal with but well worth it.These look great, however, there are just a couple of issues I have with these. I weighed out the pros and con's and worked out whether to keep them. In the end I decided to keep them. Here they are:Pros:- Great styling- Desk Attachment works great- Easy Assembly- Easy to adjustCons:- If you have your desk to the wall then having both the adjusting arm and extension puts the screens in your face(with 24" Screens)- The tension adjusters are a little finicky, you have to reach a sweet spot that is very sensitive if you over tighten or under tighten- No real good place to put wires on the arms to be low profileIn the end, these were a great deal for the price. I probably wont buy another set but, in the meantime they look good and function just fine.4Amazing dual monitor arm mount. Do not hesitate with this if you are considering dual arm mounts or even single arm mounts.I'm just overall incredibly impressed by the quality of this item. I had reservations because of the relatively low price but took a chance and am glad I did. No regrets whatsoever. Very easy to install. Installation takes no time. It took longer for me to plan how to position the monitor and arm. It has all the features I was looking for, full articulation and ability to position monitors side by side or stacked top/bottom config. The arm tension is perfect. Currently have only single Acer 27" Predator monitor mounted (used the included spacers and long screw) but intend to get a second monitor. The only nitpick gripes I have is that:1. The arms are painted a white enamel. I wish the color was black.2. The clamping piece that goes underneath the desk is not rubber padded (I have a wood desk).3. The center column fastener is plastic and feels a bit flimsy.4. I wish the cable routing clips were slightly bigger to route more cables. I have multiple peripherals plugged to the monitor.Note that some monitors do not have the proper screw hole depth for the included screws. The screw alignment is correct but you'll have to get your own really short screws. This is not a fault of this product. I ran into this issue when trying to mount a secondary monitor (one of those cheap Korean off-brand monitors).Excellent arm mount, can't say enough good things. I might even get one for the wife and/or work.5Would buy again!I was a bit suspicious about the initial dozen or so reviews of 5 star and 1-3 work reviews but gave this item a chance anyways. I love it. Very adjustable and sturdy. I'm using it to hold two 27 inch monitors with just the first part of the arms (took second piece out). My monitors weight 8 lbs each and this seems to be doing fine at supporting them. Very stable when tightened after you find the right adjustments for your monitor set up.I was able to get my two 27 inch monitors landscaped side by side ("zero frame" Acer S271HL GBIX); however this configuration was completely flat and I was unable to bow them in towards the wall a little bit; this was with one of the two arms installed on both sides. With the two arms installed the monitors came out a bit too far in order to get them next to each other landscaped but bowed towards the wall. I decided to try a portrait style for now with one of the monitors, but there's a lot of flexibility with this mount and I expect I may try a few variations out still until I find something perfect. Very pleased with this purchase! Pictures show my configuration with just one of the two arms installed on both sides.5Awkward, Misaligned, and CrookedI'm writing this after conceding defeat to match what two basic monitor stands could do: hold my monitors straight, at a comfortable height, and directly adjacent one another. This product is NOT worth the frustration. Probably worth the money, but saying something meets a "cheap" standard isn't a compliment.Yes, it will hold two monitors. Yes you can move them around, but NO you can't find a comfortable solution.Assembly is easy enough, but sort of nonsensical. Screwing the arms on from below while holding onto the monitors for safety is awkward and ill-advised. Not to mention that having to hold onto the monitors at all during the assembly of the arm assembly is unnecessary. This design would be worth another $50 to have proper VESA mounts that lock the monitors AFTER you have articulated the arms and fastened the assembly to the desk.If you want two landscape monitors to sit next to each other, be prepared to either have the monitors 2in from your face (assuming you don't have a 4ft deep desk), or 3ft above what is comfortable to look at. The arms just aren't the right lengths to do a proper job. While the monitors can be positioned in many ways, the arms are VERY clunky and never seem to do what you want. The tightening process is also VERY frustrating because its like juggling 8 different balls of different weights and sizes simultaneously.Best solution (which I have yet to concede to doing) is that you will want to secure one monitor in portrait mode and another in landscape, BUT if you move one monitor too far off axis, the arms then start to tilt the entire assembly so BOTH of your monitors are crooked. The weakness of the joints here almost make me want to remove one or both of the extending monitor arms and have a simpler set up.Setup continues to be a case of fix a problem, create another. I understand now why the ones from HumanScale run for $500+ - they're worth the lack of headache.I'll go back to tightening everything and if I find some worthwhile solution, I'll update with pictures.TL,DR: Don't buy, unless you are training to wrestle robots, or if one of your ears is much heavier than the other and your head already tilts to one side naturally. Find something with better design.1The mount was very easy to setupI am using this mount with 2 Samsung C27F398 27-Inch Curved Monitor (Super Slim Design) and I'm loving it. The mount was very easy to setup, it seems to be very durable and engineered quite well. The mounts allow you to move the screen in the X, Y and Z dimensions plus tilt and rotate. Once you get the monitors exactly how you want them you can use an hex wrench to lock it in place. My laptop was only able to drive 1 external monitor at a time so I bought this to drive both monitors through 1 usb3 port: Dell USB 3.0 Ultra HD/4K Triple Display Docking Station (D3100).Note, this mount WILL NOT work on every desk. The mount comes with a C clamp and will fit a desk that has a horizontal "shelve" up to 3 inches thick. My particular desk is an Ikea with no real horizontal shelve to attach the C clamp to. I ended up having to run the mount's leg around backwards and then change how the C clamp attaches to the vertical pole in order to get the mounting system to connect to my desk (see photo). By doing that I was able to move the vertical pole back a little bit, which gave the C clamp enough space to attach to the desk. This is a great product in my opinion, however the designers should take a close look at the clamping system to see if they can expand the number of desks that will work with this product.5Works well for mounting large wide monitors vertically.I bought this to mount two monitors, one above the other. Even though it's rate for up to 27", I mounted a 29" ultra wide monitor above a 34" ultra wide. The larger monitor weighs 14 lbs, which is below the rating of 17+ lbs. I'm not sure it will accommodate two 34" monitors without extending the rear post. The 29" could go an inch higher, but I can't lift the assembly and retighten everything by myself.Pro: The hardware looks nice and is well made. The adjustments are easy to make. The gas cell does it's job. The adjustment must not be critical, because I didn't have to change it, and I have two different size monitors that are different weight. I think it is a good value for the price.Con: It's hard to raise the assembly on the rear post. It's better to set that before the monitors are mounted. This wouldn't be a problem, but it proved difficult to remove the monitors due to the close fit at the pivot joint. Once the weight of the monitor is on the upper arm it's hard to find the magic position that lets the upper arm slide.A minor issue is that the monitors are a tad wobbly. In normal use the sit there just fine, but if you bump them they bounce a little. If I needed another I would purchase this again.4
