Love this! I got it for my nana and then helped her make 3 tortillas in a row. She had no problem lifting the pan to flip it and is now willing to make more tortillas for me. On top of it, the pan looks nice and is easy to clean. The only concern is that she refuses to use nonstick spray and uses oil. This leads to some concern with oil going into her stove, but it seems ok so far. 5Five Stars It worked so well! Looks like intensionally shipped broken product to customer. 1Really good material but a little heavy The pans are good size omelet pans to produce the authentic spanish omelet, however, if you are a little bit weak in the wrists, or forearms, this product is very heavy (without a cooking wet omelet in it). I found that I needed two hands and a really good grip, to actually flip the 'closed' pans.However, this 'closed' pan concept is perfect for cooking both sides of a spanish omelet. 3Good design but cooks too hot The design is great but I was disappointed that the pans were not heavier and so do not disperse heat very evenly. It's easy to burn your frittata at even low heat. 3Great pan Great pans for Frittas 5A Frittata is the Italian version of the American omelet, but more exciting to make The whole family will love eating and making Frittatas.
