Easy on, easy off My 3 year old decided that the spring loaded bars in regular toilet paper holders were light sabers so we went for a while without any toilet paper rolls being actually in the holders because we could never find the bar. We switched the guest bathroom to this kind of holder and I'm SO HAPPY. I love that it's just one piece, it's easy on, easy off, and nothing that get lost or adopted as a toy by a 3 year old. It's also attractive and elegant. 5 This is prefect for the Kirkland larger roll paper! I had to find something I could put my Kirkland Toilet Tissue on, without using a bunch of it first. This was perfect. And for those wanting to know if you can turn it over so the holder goes the other way, just mount the base with the screw down. There is a SET SCREW holding the hanger in, so loosen it, and it and can go in from either direction! The roll rests against the wall, giving it some drag (you want that so it doesn't unroll all over the floor). You may be able to tighten the set screw in the ball to hold the hanger out, but not sure why you would want to do that.I ordered one to test, just ordered 4 more to do all my bathrooms! 5 Great for Toilet Paper and Hand Towels! Wrapping up doing a master bathroom remodel. I changed the look from brass to polished chrome. We needed a toilet paper holder and towel holder to wrap up the project. Originally, I had this as a toilet paper holder and another item as the hand towel holder, but really liked the look of this one. Took a chance and ordered 4 of these. I am extremely happy with the decision.Toilet Paper Holder: I was worried that it would not hold the different size (diameter) toilet paper and also concerned that the toilet paper would just rub on the wall when used. I was surprise to see that you can tighten the arm in different positions. Underneath, you can tighten with an L wrench. This will keep the large roll toilet paper off the wall.Towel Holder: this perfect for a hand towel holder near the sink. The size is just right.The best thing is that this product looks great and is priced just right. 5 Upgrade for the master bathroom Beautiful. Adjustable to any size roll. (we use the super mega rolls) 5 Simple to install and uss We remodeled our bathroom and all hardware was brushed nickel and contemporary. This matched our hardware, and it is now so easy to change the toilet paper roll! It was easy to install on the side of the bath vanity, and it can be installed either racing right or left. (Hint: install it with the opening racing away from the direction the paper will be pulled when removing some from the roll). We use big rolls of thick, soft paper, and it takes them with no problem.The only con we have found so far is that when the roll is close to empty, it can "rebound" off the holder when the paper is pulled. Best to hold on with 2 hands at that point! 5 Great with an issue particular to my place It's a pretty holder. My place is small and placement was a challenge. It's easy to hit the roll and knock the TP right off the holder. I found a little plastic thing that I put on the end and that solved the problem 100%. It's not quite as attractive as I would like, but it will do for now and works like a charm. 4 The easy way to remodel Whenever we remodel a bathroom we remove the old in wall paper holder and cover up the hole for good. I've never liked fumbling with the spring loaded holders, for some reason I wouldn't get them in right and the whole thing would pop off and TP would go rolling across the floor. Years ago we found a similar model to this - life couldn't be simpler!There's not much to these which is a good thing. You can place these just about any where you want. They are easy to install, all you need are a screwdriver, drill and drill bit. You drill two holes in the wall, insert the included anchors, then screw the base onto the wall, and finally hang the holder on the base and screw the set screw tight.This is a very simple model that looks great and functions perfectly. 5 Very nice, I'd recommend this. Very nice toilet paper holder. I read a few reviews that said it was hard to install. I did not find that. It was very easy and fast to install. Looks nice and elegant and matches the other chrome in the bathroom. Some reviews said this looks and feels cheap, I don't think so and I wouldn't keep anything that I felt was cheap or flimsy. I was worried the paper might fall off a lot but the updip design of the bar prevents this. So far it's only fallen off once and I've had it a couple of weeks. The ease of replacing rolls outweighs the occasional falling off of rolls. 5 Multi-function TP holder For a bathroom remodel project, I needed small towel racks, but not traditional towel rings. The rings require two hands to insert the towels. I had already purchase one TP holder, depicted by the third photo, indicating the purpose for which it is intended. The chrome finish stands out against the gloss-black mirrored tile adhered to the cabinet wall.I purchased another, to use as a towel "ring" near the tub/shower enclosure. Although the entire wall had been tiled with classic "basket weave" black & white, the mounting bracket was easily installed. Once the door was painted and reinstalled, I realized there was enough room for another, so I purchased a third TP holder. None of the guests who use this bathroom realize that the towel and TP holders are identical.Speaking of TP, I wrote a bit of philosophy:Life is like toilet paper...The closer it gets to the end,the faster it runs out. 5
