Great purchase for preschoolers!I did the imprint on wheat bread, but you can see the cute faces well. My kids are so excited! I'm definitely going to be using on white bread next in hopes of seeing more definition. At first I made a PB & J and used the cutter, but found that I prefer laying the individual bread down, cutting and then slathering peanut butter and jelly on the sandwich. Otherwise, the pb&j squeezed out. I think if you did something like a ham and cheese it would work better if you wanted to cut the already made sandwhich. I haven't experienced any of the faces cutting through. 5Very cute sandwich cutting moldI make Bento for my three kids and when I added a cute touch, my kids really like it ( even my teenagers). I wanted to make some cute sandwiches without wasting a lot of bread. These are perfect for that, a right size for my bread. Very cute!!It is little tricky, so I take some pictures how I use it to help someone.First, I put the sandwich under the big outside frame and press down and twist it until it cut all the way through the sandwich.Second, I make the sandwich flat by pressing down small stamp flat side down inside the big frame.Third, stamp the faces inside the big frame.Fourth, remove the big frame. That's it. They are ready to enjoy.I hope my review can be helpful for a future buyer. If my review is helpful, please don't forget to click the "YES" button below. Thank you.update: It doesn't inprint a face well on a sandwich which has soft stuff... like peanut butter and Jelly sandwich 4Great addition for our lunchbox sandwichesSo cute! Great addition for our lunchbox sandwiches. I recommended cutting with the square first then getting them out and "stamping" one by one to make it work little better. Otherwise you just have a big smushed sandwich. But the kids thing these are so much fun 5Sad these didn't work for me!Don't waste your money. The imprints don't work well at all, tried different breads as well. Cute but a no-go 1Easy to use, cuts off crusts and makes cute little baby sandwiches (my almost 3 year old finally eats sandwiches!)My son who is always so "iffy" about sandwiches (he'd rather have rice or noodles all day). With this cutter/stamper, not only is there very little wasted, my son happily eats sandwiches making it easier when we are on the go. Easy to use and safe edges so he can also play with them when he is washing dishes. And super-fast shipment, thank you! 5I really like this!I really like this. I'm into making cute lunches for my toddler. I really like how most of the bread does NOT go to waste like some of the other sandwich cutters. I had bought the Taidea panda cutter which I also really like but that one wastes a lot of bread. This stamp has very deep grooves so the images are very clear but for some reason the outside edges did not cut very well considering the edges looked very sharp. I had to take an extra step and use a knife to cut the outer edges for some of the parts so 1 star off for that. Also the sandwich came out very flat for me, It's possible I pressed it too hard. All in all I am very happy with the purchase and the best part of this is that my toddler ate all her sandwich! 4I bought this to make my son cute sandwiches. ...I bought this to make my son cute sandwiches. However, the faces barely show up even when I press down really hard. I know you have to add color to make the faces stand out but it was just too much work. 3Not my favorite, doesn't work like the photosNot sure what kind of bread people are using with these to get them to work. So far I've not been impressed. The faces don't come out very clear and the bread gets smushed down ridiculously flat. I've tried Nature's Own breads, Publix store brand white and wheat breads, and Rudi's honey wheat bread with poor results. Like I said, wish I could find the perfect bread to make the faces come out as cute as the pictues. Maybe your bread needs to be a bit stiff or really thick so that jelly or mustard or the other sandwich condiments don't just gush out of the different faces. I've tried using different pressure and followed the lovely instructions posted by another reviewer which make this cutter seem flawless. However, it has already gone to the back of the drawer to make way for other more useful sandwich cutters. This one is too disappointing. Can't get it to work correctly. Just makes a mess out of sandwiches. Although if you just want to make 4 even rectangles, then this thing is a success. Or you could use a knife, just as easy. Same result. 3Turns ordinary sandwiches into cute little finger sandwiches! SO CUTE!Very impressed! These work like a charm, turning an ordinary sandwich into cute little finger sandwiches! You can even use these for children's parties or for group snacks where you're supposed to bring food! This was a very pleasant purchase! I definitely recommend! :) 5Soooo cute!I love this! At first, there was a learning curve, but now I've got it. Press the white 4 part cutter through first, wiggle it a bit, then press each face down... Being careful not to go Allie way through, you just want to "stamp" the impression to the bread. My kids go wild for this. It did take a bit to arrive, I believe it came directly from Japan, but it was well worth the wait! 5
